WHAT
IS IT?
The UCR is a fee that is required to be paid annually by any company that has an interstate US DOT number.
The fees vary depending on the amount of trucks you have and the fees can change from year to year. The UCR needs to be renewed each year by December 31st although in recent years the deadline has been changed due to a delay in the new fees being established for the coming year.

RATES
The UCR fees range from $59 to $56,977 for motor carriers, and are a flat $60 for freight forwarders, brokers, and leasing companies. The fees are based upon the type of business, and additionally for motor carriers, the size of their fleet.

- 1-2 Trucks:$59.00
- 3-5 Trucks:$176.00
- 6-20 Trucks:$351.00
- 21-100 Trucks:$1,224.00
- 101-1000 Trucks:$5,835.00
- Over 1000 or more Trucks:$56,977.00

UCR PAYMENT
When the UCR becomes due, Trucker's Paper Trail can take care of the payment for you for a small additional service fee. We just need your authorization and we can take care of the rest.
If you become a quarterly client with Trucker's Paper Trail, we will process your UCR payment at no additional charge! You also get all the benefits and services included with being one of our Quarterly clients!
Trucker's Paper Trail will help you to stay on top of your UCR. We can keep you updated with changes in the due date or rates, and remind you when it comes time for the payment.
